Agentlens
Terms of Service
Effective date: June 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Agentlens, the AI-agent traffic analytics service operated by 1Labs AI Studio (One Infinity Labs, Inc.) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or installing our snippet or SDKs, you agree to them.
1. The service
Agentlens measures AI-agent and AI-referral traffic on websites you own or are authorized to monitor: server-side crawl events, cookieless browser events, readability audits, alerts, and reports. We label agent traffic Verified only when confirmed against operator-published IP ranges, and Likely otherwise — and you accept that classification of automated traffic is inherently probabilistic. We do not warrant that every agent is detected; spoofed or unpublished agents may be missed or mislabelled.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a working email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your site keys.
- One person per account; teams should use separate accounts until team support ships.
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a contract.
3. Plans, quotas, and fair use
- Plan limits (sites, agent events per month, retention) are listed on the pricing section and enforced in software.
- If you exceed your monthly event quota, we stop recording new agent events for the remainder of the month, show you exactly how many were dropped, and notify you once. We never silently bill overages.
- Paid subscriptions are billed by Polar, our merchant of record. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
The short version: monitor your own sites, don't use Agentlens to build or hide crawlers. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Your data
Traffic data from your sites is yours. We process it only to provide the service, per the Privacy Policy and DPA. You can export it; when you delete a site or your account, we delete its event data within 30 days.
6. Our IP
The Agentlens software, agent registry, snippet, SDKs, and brand are ours or our licensors'. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the snippet and SDKs on sites you monitor through the service. Public share links you create may be viewed by anyone with the URL.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows. In particular: agent detection is best-effort and label accuracy is not guaranteed; readability audits are advisory, not a promise that any AI system will read or recommend your site.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on analytics data.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practicable. On termination we make your data exportable for 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
